He’s led process turnarounds, implemented ERP systems, and delivered performance improvement programs across big name brands like Ford, Caterpillar, GM, Union Pacific, Johnson Controls, 3M, and more. Phil is a seasoned business executive known for his innovative problem-solving, ability to drive significant revenue growth and improve operational performance. With a career spanning nearly three decades within industry, global consultancies and technology firms, he has consistently delivered outstanding results by optimizing profit margins, enhancing team performance, and amplifying customer acquisition and loyalty.

Founder and chief strategist at PAL Consulting, a sales and operations focused consultancy where Phil leads sales, market development, and all service delivery activities. Prior to PAL, Phil held executive positions with some of the leading software technology and consulting firms. His experiences include leadership roles at Oracle, Proudfoot Consulting, Tata Consultancy Services, Capgemini, SAP, NCR Corporation, and Legato Systems.
