I’m Phil Alessi, a seasoned business executive known for my innovative problem-solving skills and ability to drive significant revenue growth. With a career spanning nearly three decades within global consultancies and technology firms, I have consistently delivered outstanding results by optimizing profit margins, enhancing team performance, and amplifying customer acquisition and loyalty.

Currently, I am founder and chief strategist, of PAL & Associates, a sales and operations focused consultancy where I leads sales, market development, and service delivery activities. Prior to, I held executive positions with some of the leading software technology and consulting firms.

I am proud to help clients transform their sales processes, open new market segments, and help them serve major brands across a variety of industries, including consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, packaging, chemicals, software and technology. Together enabling strategy and customer success initiatives, resulting in happy customers for life.
